This international conference on ADR, Shaping a New Law World: Engaging Foreign Arbitration in International BusinessTransactions, is therefore aimed at:

• raising national and international awareness of the risks of foreign arbitration,
• highlighting international and national legal frameworks for engaging foreign arbitration,
• sharing experiences and best practices in solving foreign arbitration, and
• fostering greater international co-operation between countries and other stakeholders.

The conference is also a key step in supporting the implementation of the international business transaction dispute resolutions.

The Conference’s Conclusions will include a major focus on the individual and collective next steps for achieving the objectives agreed upon in Bali, Indonesia.
